Job description –Chartered Building Surveyor

With a prestigious London property portfolio, Residential Land currently seek a Building Surveyor to manage refurbishments and repairs of predominantly residential properties.

Supporting the Head of Department, you will be capable of, and have experience in core building surveying services.  Applicants should be self motivated and capable of working on their own initiative in determining the condition of existing buildings, identifying and analysing defects, ensuring necessary maintenance is carried out, specifying and project managing refurbishments, with knowledge of DDA, CDM, party wall matters and dilapidations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified MRICS Building Surveyor who is looking develop their career within a growing client-side organisation.  We will also consider applicants who are not RICS qualified but have the necessary experience and skills.
