New Tenant Recommendation Scheme

A recommendation scheme where by any tenant who recommends a friend/colleague to any of out properties receives a credit of £100 off their next rent. This is subject to the following:

• There being NO agency fee's for the rental
• It being a rental of a whole flat / house, not a tenant into a sharer flat
• If this tenant is in arrears the £100 will be deducted from the arrears not from the next rent payment
